My dear friends...

There have been a lot of different ONCEs, and there are some wonderful things that people have written- please look all the way over on the right side of the blog to the list of our accolades. We appreciate their support so much.

It is with great pleasure that I simultaneously introduce you to,

elaborate, multi-course, locavore and sometimes themed dinner party...
aka O.N.C.E.

Each event features the best food we can find grown and raised as near to Cambridge as possible.

We welcome kids to all kid-appropriate parties.
Ruby and Oliver wouldn't have it ANY other way!

Each ONCE is different and seasonally appropriate. They happen randomly, at short notice, when and where it makes sense for them to happen.

At each dinner we recreate a one night, healthy-gourmet restaurant where we treat you to multiple courses prepared from the freshest, most healthy and local ingredients we can find.

There is an appropriate minimum suggested donation, per person, for each meal, and that cost of each party is based on the expense of producing a healthy meal from local and organic ingredients and serving it to you in style. (This is something we do for love, not money, but we cannot do it for free, no matter how we wish we could!)

I publish dates, locations and menus as the events are planned, usually about 2 weeks in advance. Reservations are taken by email and phone with a deposit by check or paypal, as arranged.
