The ONCE Bring Your Own Blanket Sunday picnic in the park
One Night Culinary Events are hosted by different people, in different places, but all have one common feature- a dedication to the best, most locally produced, food Cuisine En Locale can source.
Sunday, July 20th, will be ONCE- BYOB. Bring the perfect blanket for you, some friends, and a hearty appetite.
We will be sure to arrange for anything else you need.
You can pick up your basket at 11am from our hostess's home in Cambridge, and then go wherever you like to enjoy the tastiness with your prior engagements
or
You can meet us at 2pm in a Cambridge park to spread a blanket and chow down among friends and like-minded strangers.

Please choose from the menus below, and add additional items a la carte.
Each meal feeds one hungry person, and you may mix and match meals for your whole group.
They will be packed together in your party's custom-designed basket, with utensils and other items.
#1 The Peewee - $25
For the kids... or is it?
- Homemade all local fruit preserves with organic peanut butter on freshly baked bread with local butter
- Handcrafted 'crackerjack', with a prize inside!
- Crisp carrot sticks, from a local garden

#2 The Traditional - $45
- Cold fried local chicken
- Potato salad with garlic scapes and garden peas
- Deviled local eggs with sumac
- Corn on the cob with garlic oil
- Pie
#2b The Traditional Vegetarian - $40
- Baked local tofu in ginger marinade
- German style potato salad
- Locally made pasta with local basil pesto
- Pie (vegetarian, but not vegan)
#3 The European - $50
- A selection of fine imported, domestic and local cheeses from Formaggio
- Locally baked fresh bread rolls
- Fiore di Nonno burrata (the most special thing in the universe if you love cheese!)
- Fresh fruit
Add-on:
A bottle of mind-blowingly delicious lemon syrup to create scrumptious lemonade from the clear cold Cambridge tap water we will be serving, or from your own, local, water source wherever you chose to lunch
