Just wondering if the date is correct. Will this be held on Sat, Feb 21, or on Mon, Feb 23?

Hi all - I'm new to the run and thrilled...

Pork shoulder butt, skin on if possible, and some back fat

Osso Bucco and skirt steak.

I'm sure I'll see more that I can't resist but I promised to behave myself.
