Originally from upstate NY, Ken vowed to one day live in New England after tasting his first fried scallop in Maine at the age of 13. Since graduating from the Berklee College of Music, Ken has spent 20 years in the music industry as a producer, engineer, record label owner, distributor and publisher. Inspired by his Hungarian grandmother, Ken has always been an enthusiastic home cook - concentrating on peasant-style comfort food, usually with an Eastern European feel. As an avid fisherman, he enjoys catching, processing and cooking the daily catch.
Basically, he rocks.
